I am so grateful to be a part of this Team and to share the vision of truly reaching all around the world and to reach out to YOU! Something I never thought I could never do! When I am online recording and listening to our music, I can see our electronic map in the background. When one of you listens, your country lights up…and that lights up my face and heart with great excitement and joy!
My ‘story’ is pretty much one of transition, moving around a lot and as a result, meeting new people and experiencing both hard and good things. There is a feeling of being displaced and not belonging, and not being really ‘known’ when you move around. This is the exact place that God met me. In the lonely times, the ‘new kid on the block’ times and the ‘outcast’ times.
The Lord showed me a verse: Matthew 6:33 ‘Seek first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness…and everything else will be given to you.’ At 17 years old, I believed it and this is what I set out to do, trusting that God would provide for me along the way, but mostly at the end of my life.
As a ‘transient’ person, sharing the Love of Jesus in many places, in many little ways, some/few big ways….I have put this commitment first…To seek and find God and helping others seek and find Him as well. Hope you tune in and give us a shout out on Global Worship Radio!!!!
