The angel Gabriel appears to Mary and announces she will conceive a
baby by the Holy Spirit and she will name him Jesus – Luke 1:26-56
Devotional:
Understanding how Mary felt, with fear, Gabriel explained to her what was happening and reminded her that for God nothing is impossible. These words gave her the necessary strength to courageously accept what God had for her. Through her God sent us the savior of the world. We must always trust in whom we believe, in our God for whom nothing is impossible.
Questions:
-Have you felt in some situation that you are not in His presence?
-How many times have you forgotten the fact that for God nothing is impossible?
Prayer:
God, give me strength as You gave Mary, protect me with Your angels and always remind me when I feel like something is impossible, when it is not a problem for You, and that You are always with me. Thank You God for loving me and caring for me so much, in the name of Your son Jesus, Amen.
